A reknown Kenyan Gospel artist commonly known by his stage name, Mr Seed made a courtesy call at Koinonia's Ndugu Mdogo Rescue Centre on the 29th June 2015. Drums of Kibera

15 boys from Koinonia children team, a performing art group from Koinonia community charitable institutions (Tone la maji and Kivuli centre) visited Denmark from 9th - 23th June 2014. They went to stage various artistic performances at the famous Holstebro Festuge Festival held annually in denmark.
 
Holstebro Festival was held for the ninth time since 1989.

Koinonia Organises Event to Mark International Day for Street Children

On 12 April 2015 Koinonia Community Organised an event at Unga Grounds, Nairobi to commemorate the Fifth International Day for Street Children. The event started at 10 am marked with pomp and color. Koinonia staffers and community members joined hands to commemorate and share love with the street children. Special gifts and clothes were offered to them as a show of togetherness and love.
