The much anticipated Koinonia Community Fundraising Dinner kicked off on a high note after weeks and months of planning. Koinonia Community had scheduled to have a dinner aimed at raising funds towards the education of vulnerable children. Change begins with a single step and ensuring that the less fortunate members of our community get an education. The Gala Dinner was themed “Take Me to School”. The theme was informed by the need to provide education, which is the most viable mechanism to better the lives of vulnerable children and their families. Koinonia Community is humbled to invite you to join us for a gala dinner this coming November 2018. Now in its third year, our fundraising events are aimed at mobilizing resources, from both local and international well-wishers, in our bid to continue offering our support services to vulnerable children. Koinonia Community currently takes care of over 400 children and youth via various projects and initiatives including our homes, i.e. Tone la Maji, Anita Home, Ndugu Mdogo, Koinonia Mother House, Families to Families Project, Paolo's Home and Kivuli Centre.
